Main Responsibilities
  • Perform all procedures related to employees' onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth and rotations
  • Assistance with the main activities within HR department
  • Close interactions with teams and managers for solving issues with people development, weak points and potential solutions
  • Planning and performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture
  • Support in the roll out of the various people initiatives
