Our Creative team is looking for a Research Coordinator in Odessa, Ukraine to join our growing research practice. The Research Coordinator reports to the Director of UX Research and will be responsible for supporting the UX research team to execute research projects to influence how we build delightful products. Your role will be to establish processes to support the UX Research team to gather customer feedback and deliver impactful research efficiently.
We are looking for a research coordinator who has some experience with UX research methods and processes, interested in User Experience, and cares about a good customer experience.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of research coordinator (preferred) or project management experience conducting research on a variety of devices/platforms (desktop, smartphone, tablet)
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and a desire to constantly improve the way things are done
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills and ability to work autonomously and multitask multiple projects at a time
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience recruiting in a business to business setting, either from existing customer networks or through external sources such as expert networks,, or other paid sources preferred
  • Strong presentation skills, including PowerPoint development preferred
  • Interest in UX Design, Research or Operations preferred
  • Familiarity with online research tools (e.g.,, Medallia, Qualtrics) preferred
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Support UX Research practice by recruiting customers to participate in UX Research, including defining participant requirements
  • Deliver a positive research participant experience by managing the screening, scheduling, and other logistics
  • Accelerate UX Research by developing and managing a scalable process and customer database to recruit customers for research in partnership with research and our internal customer success teams
  • Establish strong partnerships with analytics to efficiently pull customer or employee lists and marketing to coordinate email survey invites
  • Establish efficiencies and consistency by managing our survey question library and other templates to support UX Research delivery and processes
  • Expand our research toolkit by onboarding new vendors
